How it works:

How it brews
We've tested this ourselves. The 1.8 L insulated steam boiler produces thick, glossy microfoam in seconds — one of the fastest-steaming prosumer machines we've used. Heat-up takes around 10 minutes on EU power. The cool-touch steam wand and wooden paddle, make daily workflow feel natural, and the bottomless portafilter let you see your extraction.
Side panels remove without tools for cleaning. The gear pump runs quieter than a vibratory pump — your household will thank you.
